Walk the Trail Day

Purcell's 2nd Annual Walk the Trail Day
Walk the Trail Day is an event coordinated between the City of Purcell Parks & Recreation Department and the Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce and joined by many different businesses and organizations in the Purcell community to celebrate the American Hiking Society's National Trails Day event. In 2021, the city and chamber teamed up to host an event that would highlight our lake and new trail system, get families outside and exercising, while also providing a completely free experience. The event was so successful, it only makes sense to make it an annual event!
