Reports & Records

The Records Division is the central repository of the Purcell Police Department. The main responsibilities are to maintain all police-related records. The Records Division also provides support services to the department, community, and other agencies. All requests for information will be processed in accordance with the State of Oklahoma Open Records Act and Policy guidelines.

The following is required to view police reports:

Accident Reports

The following is required to view accident reports:

  • Allow 10 business days for completed reports
  • Must be requested in person
  • Must provide a valid form of identification

Impounds

The following is required is get back an impounded vehicle:

  • Must be requested in person
  • Must provide proof of valid insurance
  • Must provide title or registration of vehicle with Owner’s Name
  • Must provide a valid Driver’s License

Fingerprints

Please call to schedule an appointment. Fingerprints are done on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
